Got these to replace the plastic ones that break easy. They are solid and look great too.

Quality but heavy and thick
I have wanted some brass instruments for a while now as they last longer and they are more distinguishable in the classroom (stops the students taking my stuff). Saw these and they arrived. They will do the job BUT:1. very thick metal making them slightly unpleasant to use2. being thick they are heavy3. not terribly accurate scale markings rule is out by 1mm in 25mm.........But at least they wont get 'borrowed' and disappear (I hope)

Pretty and solid
The straight ruler looks a bit different from the photos as it doesn't have a wavy pattern, but they are solid and pretty. Happy with the purchase.
