Gas cap is original manufacturer part and exact match and fit of the original cap being replaced. The seal is perfect on my 2019 Kia Sorrento. Replacing my original fuel cap with this part corrected the seal, stopped the air leak and my check engine light went off. The part seems to be durable and should last many years. The look is a complete match to original. It has a loud click so you know it is tight and sealed correctly.

Product arrived promptly & adequately packaged. Product was received "as advertised" & it was fairly priced. Fit/Seal appeared to be good. Time will tell if durability holds up. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase & will consider other purchases from the seller in the future.

Our kia gas cap has never had a click to it. The cap says to turn until it clicks. Well I took my original one apart and the spring inside it was all twisted up. I somewhat manipulated it enough to get it to work and put it back together and it started clicking like it was supposed to. Well that didn't last long and then it was just free spinning when I tried to take it loose to get fuel. Now I was like I have to get a new one and after much searching and reading reviews I decided on this one and it doesn't disappoint. Wow it clicks every time and feels even better quality than the original manufactured one. If you need a new gas cap then look no further. Buy this one. It is well built.

Had a CEL related to emissions. Installed this, took about 2 weeks before the code went away, 2 tanks of gas. Glad thats all it was.

Ordered this to replace oem gas cap. Engine light kept coming on in my Kia Sportage. Ordered this rather than oem. Dealership wanted $99 for a replacement. Super easy install. Fit perfectly. No longer have engine light come on. Really happy with this purchase

After changing all the spark plugs and coils after a while the engine light went away for a short while until the engine light came back on again. Until I bought this gas cap for my 2018 Kia Optima the problem went away and my car is running great and no more engine light on my dash board. This is a great product.

I ordered this gas cap as a replacement for the original. The engine light came on in the dash and I was always told to replace the cap as it’s the cheapest option. The dealer wanted $61.40 plus tax so I ordered this OEM cap at almost half the price. I replaced it and after filling my tank twice, the engine light went off shortly after the second fill up took place. Very pleased with this product and the outcome. Highly recommend this gas cap

Got this cap because I had a check engine light and it told me the gas cap *could* be the problem. Replaced it with this one and sure enough, the code cleared. (It didn't clear instantly, but 2 days later when I got in my car again, it did).
