Returned product not the correct items waste of time

The glass piece is very nice looking but the bowl handle was broke when I open it up and almost cut my hand and it’s not the same bowl as shown in the picture

Amazingly beautiful but the down stem was broken when I got it but all out beautiful design.

I just got mine in and I could not be happier. I’m old school. This is a hell of deal on a GREAT piece!

The bong looks great, met all my expectations. My problem is that the down stem came broken because it was just floating in the box. The shipping box was twice as big as the box containing the bong, so it most likely bounced around and broke. As it stands right now I can't use the bong, if this can be rectified quickly I will change my review.

Perfect size. Works great

Look it’s not a professional ask catcher but it gets the job done the same. Airflow won’t be perfect but will pick up all the ash. Also it is a little more work to clean than professional handmade catchers
