IPAD problem ?
This thing keeps freezing up after just a few minutes of use, no help from anyone, very disappointed with the warranty dept., the seller and amazons a-z warranty it's a joke. I will replace this iPad but will not buy one from amazon ever again, , it's a p.o.s., shop elsewhere for a iPad, no refund just keep me jumping through hoops, I'M DONE.

Refurbished Ipad debacle
The refurbished "excellent" IPad I bought would not hold a charge to save it's technology, lol. Either it wouldn't charge or it would and power was out in 15 minutes. I reached out to Amazon and they emailed the seller to let him know. .he worked with me thru logistics and quick delivery and Amazon to get the IPad I had back to them so they could satisfy the customer, who was me. The return of the first Ipad and the delivery of the replacement went very smoothly. Thank you Amazon for lending v a hand, it's much appreciated!!
