i bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5“ less than a year ago, brand new. i’m somebody who has my tablet at my work office, and watch netflix, youtube, hulu, etc. the entire work day. that’s all i use it for. i use the original cord the tablet came with. when i first got the tablet, i could use it and still increase the battery level pretty easily. recently, i would have it plugged in, but the battery decreased, but not as quickly as when not plugged in. i would get a warning stating “slow battery charging detected”. some of the suggestions the tablet gave to fix this, was a new charger. it said to not use a usb charger off a laptop. that not how i charged my tablet, but i thought that maybe the issue is it being a usb cord plugged into a wall adapter.point of the story, this charger saved my tablet’s life. the cord and wall socket are all one piece working together. the added length was great because i have to plug this in under my desk and the original cord didn’t have a good reach. normally i try to stick with brand cords they come with, but this will be the exceptional exception. it was worth every penny and i’ve only had it a couple days. my tablet is on all the time while i work, and it goes from 30% to 70% easily. i’ve managed to even get a full charge for the first time in ages, while still using it. the ability to use my tablet and increase the charge is what i look for in products. double thumbs up from me.

Don't buy this product if you need a charging unit for the new Samsung Tab A. This product advertises that itindeed works with the Tab A but it DOES NOT FIT. The new Tab A has a larger charging port that the usual portand this one is too small.

Ordered 2 based on reviews. Within 3 charges, the first one's plug came off, exposing the contacts inside. The 2nd one failed to charge within a week. Would charge all night and tablet would remain at 0% (some nights it would go to 3 or 4%). $25 on 2 chargers wasted. Ended up buying braided cords with high speed wall outlets and they work much better. I got an amazon e-mail reminder to review some things. Of course the return window closed yesterday. I actually forgot about these because they were so horrible. Do not order. They're only fit for the garbage.

Update (2/2/20)It has only been 1 1/2 months since I received this charger and am already having issues with it. It’s not charging anymore. I have to dangle the cord to get it to charge but it’ll stop charging out of nowhere. I can’t believe I made the decision to purchase this charger 3 times! The 2nd time was for my parents but my mom told me hers wasn’t working anymore and I didn’t listen.DO NOT BUY THIS CHARGER!Update (11/12/19)I ordered a 2nd charger for my parents 3 months ago because the first one worked well. However, it stopped working after only 2 months. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering this charger again.This charger works just like the original one my Samsung tablet came with. I lost my charger so had to buy another but this one does the job really well. It charges pretty fast too.

I bought a Samsung tablet last year and I noticed that it took hours for it to charge. Sometimes, I would leave it overnight plugged to an outlet and the battery indicator would have barely moved. I looked the issue up online and found out that it may be caused by the charger I am using. I found this on Amazon and proceeded to buy it. It only takes 1-2 hours for it to fully charge now. Needless to say, I love how this works so well. This works for the bigger devices such as tablets, as opposed to phones. I would recommend it to anybody.

I needed to replace my Galaxy Tab A's original charger which started doing that annoying charging/not charging thing if the cord wasn't sitting just-so. I wanted something affordable, that charged my tablet quickly and had a longer cord....I got all of those things with this one. I've been using it for a few months and so far have not had a single issue. I love that the cord is a part of the adapter, not two separate pieces and the connections feel really sturdy so I'm pretty sure it will last me a good decent while.If I have any negative thing to say it would just be that there is a blue light which remains on the entire time it's plugged in to a power source. Personally this doesn't bother me but it could annoy others.

Revised review:I must have had a brain bubble when I wrote this review. I use this charger for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10, not my cell phone. It will not fit in the cell phone, different plug. But I still love this charger, it works great is very fast!So far this charger is working extremely well! It does seem to charge faster than the original charger that came with my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 8), so I'm very pleased. I may change this review to five stars if it continues to perform so well without any disappointments. Trying to decide which charger to purchase was overwhelming and I'm very happy that I decided on this one.

I was getting frustrated with either a 3' cord 5' or and 10' cord. The one that came with my Samsung quit working the first week.This one charges my Galaxy Tab S2 faster then the original cord and the 6.5' length is just perfect. I can sit in my chair playing a game and have it charging without having to learn over because the cord it to short. It is just the perfect length. . . not so long that your charge seems to take forever. I had that problem with a 10' cord.I would recommend this product..very happy with it

The earth pin on the original charger that came with the ASUS T1 Transformer broke off - they are only plastic and unfortunately I dropped it onto a hard floor. I tried several USB chargers I already had, all of them 2.4A capable, but the charge time was much longer than the original ASUS T1 charger. The reason seem to be that chargers, even 2.4A capable, put out just under 5V when under load which is usually of no concern to a phone, but the ASUS T1 needs a proper 5V and preferably a little bit over. This charger puts out 5.2V when charging the ASUS T1, and charges the ASUS T1 in the same time as the original.So if you have an ASUS T1 Transformer and need a replacement charger, then this is the one to get because it actually works !!All voltage and current measurements were carried out using a UNI-T UT658B USB Tester (highly recommended).

The best charger EVER! As good as the original Samsung fast charger. Brilliant product. We've got two of them now and are super pleased with them.The battery in my old Kindle went flat and it refused to charge. Even the oryginal kindle charger didnt work. I almost gave up on it thinking it just stopped working completely. Until I plugged it in with this charger. And it charged! And I am able to use my kindle again. This charger is powerful.

Very fast charge for my tablet and phone with a nice long cable really pleased with this purchase.... UPDATE stopped working so only lasted 4 months :-(
