During my training sessions, my wrists had started hurting me. Once I started wearing these the extra wrist support has completely relieved my pain. I can tell the difference if I forget to wear them during weighted pushing activities. Initially, there was a learning curve to figure out which was for Left versus right wrists. I wish they came labeled but not a huge deal once you figure it out. I really like how easy it is to loosen and tighten between sets. Great product!

I recently hurt my wrist when using the shoulder press machine at the gym (I have flimsy tiny wrists, and accidentally tried to press too much weight), and was very glad that I ordered these. Not only did I receive them the next day, they provided just the right amount of support to allow me to continue working out without pain. Highly recommend!

If you already have wrist problems with lifting weights, please don’t expect it to fully prevent any pain still while using. It does the job to help ease the pain while lifting though. I didn’t have any problems with the thumb straps as some have previous stated. My thumbs are chunky and short so ,no problems. Over all it’s a good product and help stabilize my wrist. Again, if you’re looking for full pain relief I don’t think this will be for you.

I suffer from weak wrists and carpal tunnel syndrome. I wanted to lift heavy but my wrists hurt so bad. I bought these and use them no matter what part of my body I’m targeting. They have allowed me to stay on target without the lingering pain after workouts. They have held up well, dry out, and I can easily put them on myself. They also go on and off easily during workouts.

The media could not be loaded. These are great so far. However, the thumb loop is sewn in such a way that it kind of twists up on your thumb. If it were just sewn slightly different, this wouldn’t be an issue and these would be phenomenal. But this particular design flaw drives me crazy! It’s all I can think about when wearing them. It makes it slightly uncomfortable and somewhat digs into my hand. I’ve tried wearing them different ways (wrap toward palm, wrap away from palm), but nothing really makes up for it. Maybe I’m weird, because I don’t think I read any other reviews with this issue? But yeah, not super happy with that. The place where the loop connects to the main brace/wrap also digs in (see last pic for which area I’m referring to). Maybe a pad could be added? I’ll be looking for a different brand, because while these seem durable and I love my other Iron Bull products, these just aren’t great…

What a purchase! A guy in the gym recommended I got a pair of straps. After much deliberation I found these and thought well let's give it a go.Firstly, the quality is amazing. They are comfortable and I have small wrists but they fit perfectly. Have used them a couple times now and was able to increase what I was lifting and have much better form/control when lifting too. I had been looking for a pair of wrist wraps to help keep my wrists in place after recently developing a form of arthritis.
