Worth every penny!
I love these things! Each day is separate, so I can track for each meal, every day. They adhere right to the refrigerator, and all I need to do is erase as needed. These trackers are the bomb!

They look larger in the picture. Then you get a small things you can barely write on.

This is really really small and the dry erasers felt point is too thick . Disappointed

Unless you find an ultra fine-tipped dry-erase marker these lines were just too thin.
