Hands on Tummy - Sauerkraut (110 Grams) - Probiotic Pickle for Gastrointestinal Health

This is a fermented product, so taste is usually acquired, i.e, one gets to develop a liking to the taste with time and usually not enjoy it in the beginning. That being said, this Sauerkraut is easy to start liking from the first crunchy bite. No sliminess, no foul odour and the maker/seller claims it’s unpasteurised, so Excellent! Price is an issue though 😅 Hope Hands on Tummy grows big, keeps the quality but reduces the price significantly with economies of scale. Have also tried their Kimchi flavors, they are great too, but expensive.

It is good in quality but quantity is very less for this price.

Very well packaged and frozen prior to delivery. Almost felt asthough took it from fridge n very fresh. Tastes awesome and nothing more like healthy food tat tastes good and crunchy too. I recommend this to everyone who wants to go healthy way and at the same time reducing weight too. Thumbs up.

Totally different from what I've expected. But since i like sour and tangy thing i kind of like it.

It is not worth the price, very small size for the price for cabbage pickle.

It arrived today. Packing looks like you try your best to send autentic sauerkraut which has all Probiotics in it. It didn't come in cold storage but it looks like you guys froze it up before sending. Very thoughtful. I refrigerated it as soon as it arrived. Tastes fantastic! Love it

I bought this 110 g cabbage "sauerkraut" along with the beetroot version of the same weight. Firstly, the cabbage sauerkraut's jar was half-empty and did not contain the 110 grams as claimed on the label. For 150 rupees plus delivery costs it is such a rip-off! It is unnecessarily salty and may not be suitable for those with high BP or thosse who want to stay away from too much salt. The cabbage inside was not fermented at all - i dont know the reason though, it might be that it was manufactured just a few days prior to delivery or some other problem. The label claims it is a medicine so you have to eat not more than 30 grams of it per day, but, for fermented foods like sauerkraut to show its full benefits, one needs to consume at least 100 grams a day. I think the label's advice of just 30 grams a day is just a marketing gimmick to lure in unsuspecting victims. Please beware!

Tastes good. It's crisp, so my guess is it must be uncanned & natural. Quality Probiotic food for sure. Packing needs to be improved. Overall Good Product!
