The banner if made of good quality card stock. I will be able to reuse it so that’s a plus! The pom poms are cute but we’re literally tiny lol explains the price. But once opened they were so cute n colors on point. The swirls I didn’t use because I had no where to hang them from. Everything was packaged very neatly all in great condition too. Fast delivery.

Bought this for a bday party and they served their purpose. The banner didn't come with instructions so it took a few minutes to figure out how to assemble. The curly decorations were easy to unfold, but the hangers are a bit flimsy. The paper pom poms were not used. The colors were perfect though!!

Just as described. The banner comes unthreaded so it takes a little time to do that. The pompoms are smaller than I expected--maybe 5" in diameter and take a little more time to separate all the layers of tissue paper. They've very pretty.

Poms can never be displayed the way they look in their pictures because they're so small that it would look ridiculous if you tried. Also some colors do repeat as someone said before. It served its purpose well enough but probably wouldn't purchase again.

This was a surprisingly good buy. Definitely a good buy for dollar. I shopped around a lot and found this one to have the best value. I was a bit skeptical but am so glad I went through with the purchase. Extremely great quality. I did have one of the spiral things break which kind of sucked however, everything was super great quality. I’m sure it was just my husbands heavy hands! I wish I took more pics of all of the items because they definitely spoke for themselves.

Good quality product! When you make the poms first unwrap the string then tie it around the middle of the folded tissue paper so that one end is long. Then fan out one side at a time and pull apart the layers of tissue paper and fluff to look good.Only negative is that the poms are pretty small.

You get a lot for your buck. The banner is nice and thick; I even saved it for a future birthday. Pom poms are smaller than expected, but they did the job.

The colors are great on the banner, but I’ve ordered twice and two letters on birthday have the same color next to each other. I thought maybe our first banner it was just a bad set but the second order came the same way.
