There grill mats and digital thermometer came just in time to initiate my new smoker. The mat was used to place jalapeño poppers on and it was perfect. No greasy mess from the bacon wrapped around the stuffed jalapeño and they cooked evenly. We also smoked a marinated pork loin using the thermometer to check for the perfect 165 degree. It read accurately comparing it with my older one I also used. This was definitely a good purchase and made well. And I know I will get many uses out of both.

I was skeptical at first about whether this product would actually work. Boy, was I wrong. To say that I am impressed is an understatement. It works beautifully and keeps the bbq grills clean. I have read other reviews about problems in the dishwasher, this is a thin mat that isn't well suited for the dishwasher, besides which it cleans up very easily with soap and water. Use it all the time, cleans up easy and prevents the grill grates from getting dirty.

It got here very, very quickly and of course it works great. I loved my experience. :)

good some ways. I didn't didn't think a bout the juices pooling on the mat when you use it on the grill. They do clean easily.

Disappointed with thermometer, description indicated "instant read", not the case. It's a gradual read which takes a while and affects heat temp due to leaving lid open. Have not tried mats yet.

Best grill mats I have used and the bonus thermometer is a nice addition.
