Popeye the Sailor: The 1940s Volume3

I liked the whole thing.

So happy to have these classics beautifully restored. I, along with many others it seems, are hoping that the producers don't arbitrarily stop with the 40's cartoons, but will restore and release the ones from the 50's as well. How about it?!

i love the action and adventure and comedy this show has i also have volumes 1 & 2 of the 1940s show now i'm hoping for the 1950's series set and i'm also hoping for the complete series of the popeye hanna-barbera series and the popeye and son show it was released on dvd in region 4 australia now i hope it will one day come soon too dvd in region 1 usa too ad too the collection i super thank the seller and amazon for the good work they do for all of us thank you

What I liked was this was never seen before on DVD, I did enjoyed it.

The 1940s popeye cartoons from famous studios are now complete with this blu ray. Now us animation fans look forward to the 1950s collections. Wonderful restoration work on all three popeye blu rays. If they sell well Warner Brothers will hopefully release more vintage animation from their enormous archive. I personally really want tom and jerry vol. 2, Censored eleven, happy harmonies( by Harman and Ising) and Tex Avery mgm. But tom and jerry vol. 2 is probably the most wanted for us cartoon fans, because it was ready for release but pulled back because WB left out two cartoons that contained ethnic stereotypes. Shame on you WB.
