Glad I ordered way too big!!!
First, these are well-made and they are also 100% cotton, keep that in mind if you're going to need to wash them a lot. They really shrink! I wear these types of coveralls a lot so I've learned to order way big to give me plenty of room to move around while sitting in a commercial truck. I actually wear a 3XL and that's about what they've turned into after two washings. That said, I LOVE them! They have great zippers (so far) and appear to be stitched appropriately. Their stiff as heck and weigh a lot but over time and washings, they will loosen up and even lighten-up a little. I soaked them with four cans of scotch guard which is how I protect them. Let them dry well afterwards and then DO NOT DRY ON HIGH OR HOT!! I let mine fluff for about 20 minutes and then hang them up somewhere over a vent or in a drafty place so they get some air. I DO NOT dry them in a dryer for 2 hours which is about what it would take. Let them hang over night or even longer and you'll have good service from these coveralls which are meant to be an outer layer. They are warm for sure. Great for snowy horseback trips and general outdoor use, but you'll need to water proof them if you're going to be out in the snow or rain. Great materials and good craftsmanship. I like em and they're reasonably priced.
