Laptop works fine now.
It does what it says it will do! It will wipe your hard drive clean. Be sure to note the warnings about deleting drive software, because it will delete those also. Make sure you have all the drive information available to reload along with your operating system. I ended up taking my laptop to a computer repair shop where they reloaded my drivers for a nominal charge. Laptop works fine now.

Worthless
Disk doesn't work in either of my laptops, one using Vista 32 and the other using Windows 7 64. I tried to google the company for support, found none.I suspect I just got a bad disk but without customer support my purchase is worthless.
