For the price point and the claims made about lumens, this should be a much better (and much brighter) light. It's advertised as if it's some law enforcement grade light that will quickly grab the attention of all that surrounds you. Nope, not even close. It's the same as all the other lights you see on here, it just costs more.Also, the way the mounting clip is designed will only allow it to be mounted as shown. This means it has to be on an angled piece like the seat support otherwise it will face up/down or off to the side.Despite the false advertising with the brightness and the silly mounting bracket, I give it 3 stars instead of 1. It does perform all the strobe functions and it appears to be built very well. If you need a standard flashing light, this will do the trick. If you're looking for a light that lives up to the item description, you won't find it with this item.

This product is by far the best money I've spent in a long time. Honestly the first model I had was defective and stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer and they took care of the issue immediately. The initial set I bought did not come with a tail light but a new an improved model came out with the tail light and I was upgraded. The new set came in about 3 weeks ago and has seen use every day since. This unit is unbelievable. I doubt that you could find a better set up. The lights are so bright that they actually flash off the road signs about 50-75 yards away during bright sunshine. Turn these on at night and the road signs light up nearly a half mile down the road. They have a variety of flash patterns that should suit any need. The new rear light is equally impressive with red, blue, or alternating flashing patterns. These can easily be seen during the day and I will not ride without mine from here on. If you need a light system that will exceed all of your expectations than this is your light. ADDENDUM: Purchased in 2016, it is 2020 and it's still performing like new. I get asked repeatedly where this light can be purchased. Got my money's worth and then some!

While I doubt the 1200 lumen claim, but it is a great light. The lack of red/blue lenses makes this even better for incognito trips. I would love to have an extra light attachment option in the wiring for another red/blue light on the rear, but I guess I will have to figure it out another way. Great light, but don't know if it is worth $150. Time will tell.Update: Had this on my bike for a year and a half with about two dozen full 8-hr shifts. Now the battery will only last for about two hours while plugged in, not even turned on. Rather disappointing.

I love the blue light.when i walk the dogs pepole open the door they think theres a police car !!it works great .i use for my dogs stroller it really catch the drivers eyes.they think police is there .they decreas speed so fast.

This light is the best. If you want to be seen, this is the light for you! The Blue and Red lights are cool also, not sure if you would get pulled over for using them though. The white light is stupid bright, as is the rear light. Highly recommend!

This light is small and compact but excellent as a police bicycle light. The light has two settings for a bright light and low light. The red and blues do the job when making contact with citizens, especially for being as small as they are. They function as normal emergency lights and are very bright and visible. This is the best lighting system I have used and the small battery is a plus.

This was purchased for grandson to put on his bike (dad and grandfather police officers). The lights are very bright and definitely are genuine police lights. Worth every penny we paid. QWell packaged and fast delivery

Very impressed with the brightness in daylight and light weight. I only ride at night in an emergency. Sure it would be perfect for that too.
