Unfortunately both of the top 2 bins fall off their guide rails when you try to pull them even close to half way. It happens if nothing is in them or if there are packed full, although when there are full they spill everything in them everywhere!. I'm really glad I only purchased 1 to test them out before I purchased the 4 to 6 I was going to purchase. I tried contacting the seller, but after almost a week with no response I'm going to return it, instead of exchanging it. I don't get why crappy customer service is even a thing anymore! How hard is it to answer a question!! I included pictures and a video so other can avoid this seller and product.The Pros:-Very study-Look nice-Very simple to put together-Holds lots of itemsThe Cons:-Literally doesn't work as advertised.-No customer service

I bought this for storage saving under my bathroom sink. I love it. Now, I'm not docking any stars for this because it was made right. The first one I received was dented, broken and had no hardware. I exchanged the product and I absolutely love it! It was easy to put together, sturdy and fits well in my cabinet. This was exactly what I wanted. I like that I can pull the drawers out, set it on my counter and then easily put the drawer back in. What a great storage solution!!!

I read all of the reviews on here, good and bad, before purchasing. I have not had any problems with mine at all. There were no defects, the draws didn't fall out with or without something in it. I use mine for onions, garlic and potatoes storage on my kitchen counter. I love through ease of being able to grab what I need from it and it makes my kitchen look organized. I'm buying another for bathroom.

The two 3-Tier Kitchen Cabinet Organizers I ordered are totally awesome as they are of exceptional quality, quite sturdy, and the tempered glass is a very attractive addition. I am very pleased with the quality of this organizer and recommend it to everyone. Although the Organizer is described as an under the sink organizer, it is attractive enough to sit on the countertop. The first two sets I ordered arrived with the tempered glass totally shattered. I notified Amazon immediately late Monday night, and two new organizers arrived on Thursday, the day after Christmas. Such prompt service is quite commendable.

I would get so frustrated looking for the spice I needed in my cabinet. Inevitably some would fall out. I had used the shelf risers and cabinet door spice clips but it wasn't for me. With this drawer option I not only have easy, fall out proof access, I am able to store my hand mixer, pudding boxes and my measuring spoons. I have severe tremors so this has been perfect for me.It is sturdy and the drawers slide well. It is a little large if you have small counter space but I have a lot of items in it so it freed up cabinet room. Highly recommend this.

This is exactly what I needed! Nice and sturdy, it opens and closes smoothly even with heavy stuff on it. I got two of them for kitchen storage, and I’m considering to get one more for bathroom storage.

I tried to put it together without directions and made it. so I really like these baskets, it is my first time to put something together without directions. I believe everyone can do that! it looks very mall when it builds but I can put lots of things inside which make me a surprise! the quality of the baskets is good too. it is not very heavy material but the details of these baskets are perfect!

This shelf fits perfectly into my narrow cabinet in the bathroom. It holds all my personal care items and creates an additional shelf at the top. Love it!
