Do Not Mix As Directed. Shampoo is very thin and adding water ruins it. You are buying one gallon of shampoo not one gallon makes five gallons. If making a customized shampoo find a really good base. This isnt it.

Does not work at a 5:1 ratio like it says on the bottle. I used it as half water half shampoo and it works okay. waste of product for the same results as other brands

I am a groomer and I got a phone call from a client telling me how wonderful her dog felt no scratching like usual it was very gentle and smells wonderful Shampoo had a nice texture to it if you have a dog that has skin issues sensitivity scratches after bath this is the shampoo for you it’s awesome

I normally don’t write reviews but I felt I needed to for this. Our doodle has never smelled like a dog since we got him. I gave him a bath and the next day he smelled so bad. It made him so frizzy. Definitely would not recommend this product.

This is one of the best shampoos for large breed dogs out there. The conditioner is great. I’ve been using this for over 15 years.

My standard poodle has a very thick, long coat and the shampoo is great to keep it conditioned.
