5 stars for hardwood 1 star for large carpeted areas
I purchased this through a website called Meh.com. It’s a great vacuum with awesome features and an easy to use app. The suction is better than I had expected. The problem I have is carpet. It will run on carpet for about 10 minutes straight. Then it will announce a “main brush stuck” error. The brush is not stuck, the carpet just causes a malfunction for some reason. When this error happens I check the brush and empty the dust bin. Neither solves the issue. On hardwood and small rugs the vacuum is flawless. The M6 has reviews stating the same issue with carpet. It’s a great device, navigates well but if you need your living room carpet cleaned then look elsewhere.

No support
This company should go out of business pronto. I bought this robot vacuum and had no idea there would be no support for it down the line. The battery died and there are none available anywhere. The company responds that they don't support this model anymore. Seriously! If they could sell the vacuum with a battery installed that makes it work then why in the wide world would they not sell a replacement battery! Amazon should ban this seller if they haven't already done so. What a lousy way of doing business.

Mixed feelings
There are things I like about this but many that I do not . In hindsight I should have bought a "robot vacuum" that allows you to store a cleaning pattern. I feel that I spend a lot of time trying to get my Ironpie to go in to a space. I also have discovered that the mopping feature collects any debris it encounters. The only way I can figure out how to empty it is difficult. I also wish it came with more cleaning pads. The battery life is good and the suction for cleaning is effective. It doesn't work on our pile carpet, but does work on our throw rug.

Trifo makes absolute trash products
This product could be sold to terrorists as a form of torture. Jokes aside, this product successfully cleaned my apartment twice and that's it. All other times, it figured out how to get stuck on chair legs (how???? Do they not test the products they sell?), under the fridge, under cabinets, and on nearly power cord. Now it makes this obnoxious humming sound and has a heck of a time finding home base.I tried running it through my medium sized, hard-floor-only apartment five times, and it failed to clean five times. That speaks for itself.

Really good at the task for the price.
Writing this review after using this product for almost 8 months (got it in Feb 2020 and it's Oct 2020 now). I had been looking to find an affordable robotic vacuum cleaner for couple of months and finalized on Trifo M6+. Though i couldn't find too many reviews and product videos at that time, I took a leap of faith at the time to buy it and this was one of the products that didn't dissapoint me.When you have a pet at home, how many ever times you clean the house, its not enough. Maids usually do it once a day which is not enough. This procuct has come in handy to clean the apartment 2-3 times a day to help clear out the dog hair. Would lsit the pros and cons as i've experienced it.Pros:1. Affordable.2. Really good battery life.3. Cleaning is not random and follows the path.4. Mopping function is decent (being in Bangalore, I have to used water from filter to use in the mopping unit)5. Really good customer service. (I had an incident with clogging of the mopping unit which was cleared by the Cambium Retail team pretty quickly)Cons:1. Suction power is 1800pa might be enough for a normal home, but could have been a bit better. (it might be the pet parent in me screeming that the floor should be specless, but that never happens, pets are mean :D)

Don't buy Trifo
The media could not be loaded. I bought this product 3 yrs back. First one month it was fine then it started making noise while charging. I have raised a complaint and it was sent for repair. Even after it came back it still makes the noise they even exchanged the product but the problem persists. It’s a flaw in this product. It cleans alright but have to live with the noise. Constant buzzing sound.

Trifo - a nice robot and very helpful during these tough times
Am writing this review after using the product for a month or so.Nice product.. does 70-80% of job.. helps keep home clean specially with 2 kids around and work from home scenario. You have to learn to live with some challenges to make it work efficiently..1. keep floor clear of all big loose items like charging wires, loose papers, wrappers, pencils, crayons, clothes, mats.2. Keep doors open so that robot can map all rooms and clean them ..3. In case u don't want any area to clean either block it with some object or in case of room close the door..4. Works better in proper light in my opinion.5. Sync it on wifi with your mobile through Trifo app and u can preschedule cleaning any time for the week. You can also check what area is cleaned and what is missed and u can guide / steer robot to that room or area.6. Ensure sufficient height under table etc so that robot doesn't get stuck.. paper boards underneath table legs can help raise height.7. Proper maintenance and care-Dust bin has sufficient space and maybe emptied every 3 or 4 days.. also ensure to clean the roller and wheels of any entangled hair with the cleaning tool provided. Pat clean the filter.Vacuuming at lowest or mid setting seems sufficit if your floors are alreafy quite clean and robotbis used daily.Mopping is good and it will help keep floor shiny clean.Don't expect to do hard cleaning or mopping. Once every week / 10 day manual cleaning with bigger vacuum cleaners/ broom and mopping will ready the floor for robot to keep it clean everyvday. With respect to other robots this machine has best spec for the price. Had done lots of research before buying as I was apprehensive just like may others could be. The technology is proprietary and seems quite advanced.Battery life is amazing.Camera is actually the way the tobot maps your home to clean creating reference points. It also doubles up as use ful tool to see where robot is and what its upto. You can also use it to guide it visually if u want to take it to a particular area or room to clean it.What could be better :8 of 10 times robot goes back to charging deck on its own. Some times its lost and not able to find the dock. U need to guide it or lift and place it on dock.Mapping is not proper and consistent and the moment its stuck and the machine is lifted and/or restarted it starts mapping all over again. No maps are stored and it doesn't optimize on previous learning if cleaning experience.Suction could have been better and powerful. Some dust particles are left unlocked.Facility to store maps would be handy to set nonho areas or guide machine to go to particular area and clean. It can be guided kn current cleaning session map which may not have area you want to clean if it has not done cleaning yet. Here stored maps could have been handy.Special word about seller CAMBIUM:Very cooperative and excellent service. My earlier machine had started giving humming noise after few days. Jad written to Trifo customer care and Cambium both. Got timely revert ftom both. Cambium took it up to replace it even during lockdown period. They were transparent and willing to help always and are very prompt. Hats off to them. Am sure this machine will change life of many families who are facing challenge of not keeping regular maids during these pandemic times.

Value for Money Robot - does its job well
The Trifo Ironpie M6+ is a compact robot. I use it to sweep and mop my house. It typically takes around 45 minutes to clean (vacuum) 55 square meters (approx 590 sq feet). This space is the free floor area accessible by the robot, which does its job quite diligently and another 45 minutes to mop the place. The rest of the space is occupied by objects such as beds, cabinets and other immovable objects or objects that block the robot from going below it.The robot is shipped with 4 side brushes, 2 mopping cloths and two bins (one for vacuuming with a HEPA filter) and the other for mopping. Two of the side brushes need to be installed along with one of the bins after which the robot has to be charged. The documentation is fairly clear and guides you well.It took me less than 10 minutes to pair the robot with the Trifo smartphone app on my iPhone (it has apps for iOS as well as Android). The app can be installed on multiple phones. This is very useful so that either my spouse or I can initiate cleaning. The robot comes with a 50% + charge and needs to be fully charged for 2 - 3 hours before first use. The amount of charge is shown clearly on the app along with area cleaned, time taken and a map of the area cleaned (which is reset after every round of cleaning).I normally start the robot in the morning with the vacuum bin installed and let it do its job. Its good practice to remove as many obstacles as possible, else the robot simply has to figure out its way around. Once the vacuuming is over, the robot comes back to its charging dock, at which point, I replace the dry bin with the mopping bin containing water. The amount of water to be used can be set using the app (3 levels). Similarly the vacuum suction can be set to 3 levels when the dry bin is attached.Since this robot uses a camera to sense its location, it requires lights to be switched on while it's in operation. As mentioned, it makes a decent attempt to go below sofas and tables and dodge around chairs, but at the end of the day, its a machine and its eye is nowhere as good as human eyes, so expectations should be set accordingly about what it can see and what it cannot.Cambium, who support the robot in India, are very responsive and if required, get into video calls to understand the problem and provide resolutions.

Better than nothing in covid times
So used it for one day only. Will simply write pros and cons and update the review in a few days after using it properly.Pros1. Easy to setup.2. Cleans well3. Is not as loud as it seems4. Looks and feels premium.Cons1. Takes long time to clean. Atleast 1.5 hours to setup y and then if you want it to mop it will take another 1.5 hour.2. Does not go back to dock 90% of the time. Needs to be nearby dock to automatically find the dock. It may go back to the dock on its own but it won't be straightaway. Might take another 30 minutes to find it's way back. You can manually control from the app so that you can leave it near the dock or just pick it up.3. For sweeping I think spot cleaning function works better rather than normal cleaning.
