Right dosage for me.
5mg hits the sweet spot for daily dosage. I don't cycle it. I use it to keep my testosterone levels up. When you get older SHBG increase. Boron releases to bound testosterone and it becomes usable.

Wouldn't leave home without it
Helps significantly with small "payloads". I was having an issue busting with a very measly output, so I searched online for a way to really explode. That's when Nutricost Boron came into the picture. I immediately started feeling it work, and swell. I can see why the stuff is so popular, it turned me into a true shooter with the volume to match.

Great for clearing fungus. Good for testosterone.

I use it to help with osteoporosis, not sure if it made a difference yet. Hopefully, I will see benefits on the next bone scan. This has no flavor and did not bother my stomach.
