I’d heard about the many benefits of oregano oil, including for its antioxidant, anti fungal, and antibacterial properties, especially if you’ve had gut/digestive issues. These worked very well for me for that purpose. I’d bought another brand before, but switched to these due to the better value for the quantity. And these have worked just as well. After taking, they’ll leave oregano on your breath for maybe 30 min or an hour or so, which I don’t mind at all. I love the smell of oregano. I probably wouldn’t take it right before a date though. No problems swallowing, no adverse side effects for me. And I was taking two pills 3x per day.

These oregano oil softgels are easy to swallow and I believe effective for natural antibiotic and antifungal benefits. Piping Rock brand is a blessing mostly because it does not have a strong spice, herbal taste or smell over other brands I've used and digestion is smooth with no aftertaste or heartburn. I am now sold on this brand..

I couldn’t find Oil of Oregano in any local stores, but Amazon came to the rescue. I’d been struggling with stomach issues from diverticulitis and intestinal inflammation, and prescription medications weren’t helping. I started taking these to see if it would help to cure a fungal nail. The prescription medication can cause damage to the liver,vso I was searching for a natural product. I spoke with my Dr first to make sure it was safe. It's been almost 3 months ( I just ordered my second bottle). With a combination of taking these, applying oregano oil topically and using a blue light daily, my nails are healing. It's going to take quite a long time, but maybe by summer I'll be prepared for sandals again.
