I am using these for water at the moment and I was shocked at how well they seem to work. I do go down to my hive and give it a little shake now and again but the holes seem to regulate the drips very well!

I have seven of these and they've been working great to keep my bees fed before winter. I like the larger, plastic jars because they don't break and they hold more which means why don't have to refill the sugar water as often.

Very nice bee feeder. Finally, one product which keeps the promises. Easy to place and perfect fit. Works just perfect.

Works great for the ladys! The lids will begin to rust over time and I don't think my bees liked that too much...don't blame them! I have purchased some plastic lids and punched my own holes in them. The little buzzy girls seem to be happier now!

I used this feeder for my first hive. The local store said not to use it, but I can't remember why. So this year, I bought the recommended tray feeder and on day 2 when I opened my hive, I had a lot of drowned bees, despite all efforts to use that feeder properly.I'm going back to this little one. Only thing is the lid does start to rust eventually. I made a new lid for my old feeder by poking holes in a canning lid.Since this sits outside the hive, I was also able to removed the jar and refill it without suiting up. Not that I recommend that for you, but it works for me.

For my daughter's 🐝. Easy to fill and clean. She's very happy with it. We made syrup in a large batch and she's just washed the tray and screws it into a new mason jar

Same problem -received only the jar, not the base. After inquiry via email with Miller Mfg, owner of Little Giant, this is not their fault. Possibly a Jensen Distributing problem. Regardless, Miller folks were awesome and I got my part. Recommend purchasing direct from a Miller distributer or their supplier, Kelley Beekeeping.
