Easy read and loaded with infromation
Anyone wanting to open a microbrewery or nano brewery, I highly recommend getting this book and reading it. He walks you through a lot of tings you need and some you may not have even thought of. Being an MBA student, I thought I had a good idead what I needed but this book gave me a lot of information I would have had to scramble to find out.

Nice introduction to the business
Nice easy read (you could probably read it in one sitting). I consider this as a good book to give you the basics of what things to consider, particularly for certain items like legal entity structure, licenses, insurance, and trademarking, but I would not consider it as anything close to comprehensive. Nevertheless, it is a good place to start, and trigger your thoughts for the areas which require further research. It would be nice though if the book had more insights into how to size your business, and maybe some charts about the average size/cost/equipment needed for various sales/production volumes. It gives you a good introduction though on things to consider, after which you can do further research elsewhere.

This book gave me lots of insight and advice on what to expect on moving forward with my passion and vision. If you’re in the world of beer, I highly recommend this book.

generic
some decent info, esp on business plan, but obviously not written by anyone who actually knows how to brew, and unlikely by anyone who has actually opened a brewery. perhaps only as an investor/distant partner. use the word microbrewery way too much. dated. seems at times as if it were written by a robot.

Not a good resource. Save your money and time.
There are too many inaccuracies to list. Looks like it was written by AI and not a human that understands any of the realities of starting a business, let alone a brewery. Find a professional resource through the Brewers Association. This wasted my time and money with its gross over-simplifications and inaccuracies.
