Unacceptable. I received the cover and at first look, I was happy with the cover’s fabric although the backing isn’t as thick as the photo shows, but ok. Then... I saw the straps. Not only was it missing two straps, the existing straps are very similar to a flimsy bra strap. The manufacture made them so long that I had to wrap it around parts of the car to fit. The “straps” are soft elastic. I am returning in hopes to get a new one. Did they think I wouldn’t notice? Adding photos. Update. I tried the cover. Once it snowed and rained (and iced), the strap stretched and came un attached or ripped off the cover. Three ripped off. Cover was flying all over the place. This makes me sad because the cover itself is one of the better ones. I emailed both the seller and amazon. I might give it one more tryout see if they attached REAL straps that will stay in place.

The unit is a one size fits all and the straps are not adjustable. So the straps were too long for my Hyundai Tucson. I bought it for the winter season. To put it on I had to crawl under the car and try to find places to hook the straps. The straps are made to stretch but are not adjustable so you can't just hook them under your wheel wells because they are too long. I did the best I could. I live in the Chicago area and that night we had an ice storm. The next morning I went to check my Tucson and the cover was just flapping in the breeze. Four of the straps were broken and the cover was mostly off of my vehicle. I took it off and threw it away. What I learned from this experience was ,if you want a car cover get a full cover and one made to fit your vehicle. Get one with elastic at the bottom for a stretch fit and pockets for your side mirrors. Wind gets under the partial covers and just rips them off.

It's ok. It's the only full length half-cover I could find. I had a quarter cover that was very easy to use but when snowfall was heavy, I wanted an easier way to clear the back windshield as well. The half cover seemed like a decent solution. The main problem is there aren't enough straps to secure it against wind. What I do end up doing is pinching some material in the doors and trunk then closing them to tighten up the fit and have more secure points in windy snow days. The cotton underside also may be soft but catches twigs and dirt more and is difficult to clean. 4 more straps and extra hooks (they break easily) would've made this better.

Excited to receive this yesterday afternoon. The weather forecast showers in the next two days. Perfect timing to test drive the new half cover tarp for my car. While installing it, one of the side of the tarp was ripped while getting securing the cable. I like how ultra light the cover Is and how easy to install but the durability deserves less. This is not worth the money I paid for. Instead of returning/refund and to my dismay I used DUCT TAPE...😌

I liked the concept, but the material used for the straps to secure the cover were way below standards. The first time I used it was reported to me by a neighbor that the cover to my car was blowing down the parking lot. I started the return process, but wanted to give it another try. It did not work. After adding an additional strap, placing the cover under my windshield wipers, etc, And it still didn’t work well, I gave up!!

The quality of this product was poorly made. I really like the idea of the windows and hood being cover. Also the picture is misleading the straps are not black it’s more of a dusty rose clot and it only came with 2 plastic hooks.

Works as explained in the ad. Wish the underside was not the felt-like material. For my purposes I bought to stop pine needles from covering my car when parked for long periods. When putting the cover on or taking off if a pine needle touches the soft underside they stick, along with any other debris. I realize this material is to stay soft again a vehicles paint but something less felt-like would be nice.

The cover itself seems to be very good, however the cheap straps were barely sewn on, as well as they are very narrow and cheaply made, without any mechanism to adjust their length.

Would be happy with it, but it was advertised to have hooks to support under the car but instead I received one with elastic bands that are pretty much useless, especially under a new car. A bit of False advertising.

Excellent customer service! unfortunately this didn’t fit my bmw x5 a little short on the side windows. I would definitely purchase from them again. Fast response time to all my concerns. Thank you!

The cover has been completely torn, when I tried to remove it from the car as it stuck to the car when there was rain and snow.
