Q: Would this fit a 10.5inch tablet/ipad?

I measured it to be 8" tall, 12" long and 7" deep internally. So my reckoning is that at an angle your tablet/iPad should fit

Q: My safe door has jammed - can I purchase a replacement key for it?

You should of received 2 keys! You have to keep changing the batteries or us rechargeable batteries. I do not know if you can get additional keys, I wouldn’t like to to say as I am not sure but to be honest I doubt that there would be any additional keys. You can check if there is a locksmith in your area that maybe able to help you.

Q: safe wont open with key or key pad

Turn it on it’s side so the lock is at the top and control a force drop onto a soft surface - like a mattress or chair. It works
