AC DELCO OEM Cabin Filter 2019 Yukon XL
Once again Replaced Original Cabin Filter on 2019 GMC YUKON XL Only 7 months. Want to be proactive with Covid! Fairly easy to replace -Drop glove box by popping cable - right side of box then squeezed the box corners to drop down removed 6 security screws removed the plastic filter cover box removed and replaced old dirty filter. The small torx security screws was a bit of surprise but easy to remove and replace old filter. Our old filter was pretty dirty less than a year of use by us but previous owner may not have changed filter? Proper fit and Great price a plus with rebate ! Air flow 👇 downward !

Genuine OE part, worked perfectly!
I read some of the reviews and watched a video of the installation before I attempted it for myself. There were a few leaves I could see on top of the old filter, I was able to push them further into the filter and manipulate it out of the housing to avoid anything falling into the blower motor. The new filter fit perfect, exact same size and had the GM hologram sticker on the package. A T15 torx and 10 minutes is all it took, now it's back to how it was new. The filter was in a plastic bag from the factory, but was not in a box like Wix and some other brands do. Amazon shipped it in a small box with some other items I had ordered so it arrived in perfect condition. Will come back here for my air filter needs in the future. Very happy with how everything worked out.

Excellent replacement! Be careful when changing it out...
I have a 2014 Silverado High Country with less than 30,000 miles. Every now and then I'd catch a whiff of musty air when it was humid outside. I figured it'd be worth checking and replacing the cabin air filter. Doing so, I ended up finding out that at some point in the past, a mouse decided to try building a nest on top of my filter. Removing the original one was easy enough. Four T15 torx screws on the bottom glove box. Two on top and two on the bottom side. It should pop out with minimal effort. Once the glove box is out, there is a black honeycomb-like cover over the filter itself. There are two tabs at the top that you pop up and the cover comes off easily. ***** THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART ***** Before you pull the filter out, find a thin piece of rigid cardboard that will hold its form. Cut out a chunk that is slightly longer and wider than the filter, and slide it UNDER the old filter. The reason being, when you pull out the old filter, any leaves or other debris on top of it will fall on the cardboard instead of in the blower fan like I had experienced. You can then vacuum out the debris from the top of the cardboard so it doesn't have a chance to fall down. Assuming you followed the above instructions, re-assembly was easy. Slide the new filter in with the air direction arrow facing downwards, replace the filter cover, re-install the glove box, and re-install the 4 T15 torx screws. If you didn't follow the instructions, you'll either need to reach your hand into the filter slot and remove the debris... (good luck). Or you'll have to remove the kick plate under the blower assembly (four 7mm hex screws), and remove the three T15 torx screws from the blower motor. You can pull the blower out, remove the debris, then work backwards to re-assemble. On a side note, one of the four 7mm hex screws on the kick plate is a major pain to remove. It is in the far right hand corner close to the firewall. Re-installation of said screw is even worse...

Not exactly a perfect fit.
I bought this filter based on the description as OEM. This replacement is longer that the original by 1.5 inches. I had to cut it off before it would fit properly. While not a big problem, Just know it is not an exact fit out of the box. Seems CF185 is a closer fit for my 2019 Silverado.

It is a OEM product so should fit and being in Australia that is an issue. But it does seem a bit flimsy.
