Nice metal 3D letter but the lights aren’t bright enough to know the letter is lit up.

We bought this over a month ago, but did not open if my until this weekend and this was going to be used a decoration for our wedding. Looks really cool and not bad overall quality, however when we put the batteries in it some of the bulbs would not light up.***UPDATE****After my original review the seller reached out to me wanting to make it right. They sent out a replacement for me and I received it within twi days. The new one works great! I was very pleased with the response of the seller and would definitely recommend this product.

It's a nice piece if you temper your expectations. I've ordered many lighted words but anytime I see something that's battery powered with no timer or ability to turn off automatically I cringe. I don't want to replace batteries on a monthly basis.That said there's something attractive about not having that unsightly cord. But that also said, I bought this knowing it was battery powered and I would never waste my time lighting it up.Let's start with size. I never measure anything on Amazon. I look at reviews and photos and hope for the best. So you're welcome. You see I have Target's finest light next to the bed. The "D" sits perfectly fine on the shelf. The rustic brown look works with the decor.1. It looks great and it's the right size for a shelf or dresser. Wall? Not so much.2. I could have done without the battery power. It's not hanging for my application so a cord would have been nice. But again your mileage may vary depending on your application.3. Cheap? Yes. But you can't tell looking at it. It meets the need, rustic and classy.4. Would I buy it again? Yes but only if you intend to not use the battery powered light. It's just not feasible unless you plan to flip the switch every evening. I have a smart home. I prefer automation. Turn yourself on at "x" time and turn off at "y".That said I'm please with the purchase for the cost. I'm a tough reviewer so take the 3 stars with a grain of salt. Just remember I told you, the battery aspect is a killer. Who wants to go in their bedroom and flip on 3 different lights potentially then remember to turn them off in the morning or subscribe to Amazon batteries 😂

I used brand new batteries the first evening I used this item and the light, which is incredibly bright when it works properly, would periodically dim and/or flash. Not on a schedule, just randomly. Very disappointing.

I bought this and one other letter for my sister to have at the bride and groom’s table at her wedding. They looked great and all of the lights worked fine. They were a great addition to their decor!

Item arrived faulty and there is no way to contact the seller. 1 bulb does not light up. I was offered return and refund by amazon but I cannot return as out of the country now. Shame because item is lovely.
