Works better than I expected *
I bought 2 of these - to automate and voice control the lighting in my bedroom. These were my first additions to Apple HomeKit. A couple months ago, I had set up HomeKit, so when these dimmers arrived, I was ready to go.After reading the instructions twice, it really was plug and play - except for 1 thing.Plugged the lamp into the switch . Scanned the code on the switch - it took less than 2 seconds for my phone to recognize it. Plugged the switch into the wall and pressed the on button - the lamp lit up. Then I pressed “continue” on the phone. The switch was blinking amber - for less than 30 seconds - then the phone fully recognized it and went on to the naming and set up options. It worked, Siri could turn the lamp on and off and adjust the dimmer - also, using HomeKit, I set the lamp to turn on at Sunset. Everything worked like magic. The only negative I encountered was one of the switches was not “new”. It was unsealed and had been handled. I had purchased and paid for new - not open box. That switch also would not connect to my network - after 3 tries, I did a Factory Reset on it - then it worked just like the new one. Hopefully, it wasn’t returned because it would not stay connected to the network or some other problem like that. So far, it hasn’t given me any problem . . . . so far.I have not downloaded the Legrand app because it is doing the things I want just using HomeKit.Except for that “open box” thing, a great experience. I will buy a couple more and some of their wall switches.

Crappy product and company
Decided to make my house a smart house, I purchased 63 of their smart switches. At least once a month, they freeze, they all stop working, even though the light is on indicating the switch has power, in reality it’s just frozen and I have to either open up the switch and unplug it or go to the circuit box and shut everything off and on so I can hit all 63 switch’s at once. When I reach out to the company, they pass me around saying stupid trouble shooting steps that I’ve already done but it never fixes the issue. They got to a point that they just ended communication because they don’t know what’s wrong instead of figuring it out and making their products better.I believe that this company is trash, with ZERO professionalism and a lack of honesty and integrity. As a consumer, I’m not required to have all those things, so if I’m upset then you will hear it. I hope that no one else has to deal with it, maybe they can only handle a few switches and not 63+ switches under one roof. I don’t know but they don’t either or care. I hope they go under for being such a scummy company.

Siri integration is flawless! Easy setup, PERFECT CHOICE
"Siri, turn the lamp to 15%", responds within 2 seconds. It is wonderful to change the brightness of the lamp from across the room. The device worked right out of the box, I've had it over 2 months, I use it literally every day to dim the lamps, never had one single issue. I highly recommend this product... the price is reasonable too.

Several limitations.
I was able to use this for dinner setting. I was able to set a wide range of dim levels using Apple Home. However, there are several problems. It does not work properly with a light load. It is hard to plug and unplug a standard NEMA 5-15 plug; which is not so bad if you want to consider it part of the thing plugged in. Instructions are inadequate for one not familiar with HomeKit. It will drop connections quickly at even a 25ft and one internal wall.

Great product
These did exactly what I needed them to. I could get power to where I wanted my 3-way switches, but didn't want to have to run wires between all the switches to make it true 3-way, so this was great. Works exactly as advertised, I'm very happy with them.PS: Important note! I had some frustration when setting up the remote switches. This frustration was solved when I realized the folded-up piece of paper included in the box alongside the manual was not some random regulatory documentation, but an addendum to the user manual! Make sure you not only don't throw this away, but use it to do the setup! The process included in the manual DOES NOT WORK!

Wrong instructions, but product works.
This product shipped without the proper instructions to get the product on WiFi. The online pdf has these instructions, that directs the user to go to the WiFi settings in iOS before pairing with the master dimmer.Once set up, it works flawlessly, but does have a delay due to the press-and-hold gestures and double tap options.

Best HomeKit dimmer
My review is about the product not the vendor. The vendor sent me the wrong product (they sent a in-wall switch, instead of a plug-in dimmer). I returned it and ordered one directly from Legrand's website. This is my 2nd Legrand dimmer. They work perfectly with HomeKit. easy to install. very responsive. I use two of these with outdoor lights (keep them in a box outdoor to keep safe and dry). I haven't found any other HomeKit enabled plugin dimmers, so keep buying this one. Very happy with it.

Awful Alexa integration - currently broken for me
The dimmer seems to function according to specs. It's IOS (Apple) only, so there's red flag number 1 - they couldn't even work out how to integrate it to Android or didn't care to.You have to run through a gauntlet with the poorly designed legrand app. Then run a second gauntlet to get Alexa integration. But I got it going. Then, a month later: Alexa can't talk to Legrand anymore. I deleted the Legrand skill from Alexa and try to re-register. Nope, can't authenticate. So I reset the Legrand password. Still can't login with the temp password with the Alexa Legrand skill. This is hopelessly inadequate. My day job is to troubleshoot complex integrated computer systems for large corporations. I literally troubleshoot systems for a living and this screams poor implementation from all angles. If you get it working it doesn't stay working. When it was briefly working, I also noticed there's a surprising latency between Alexa commands and getting a response. There's little that inspires engineering competence here.
