Rani Cracked Wheat Coarse

I use it as a hot breakfast cereal. I like it,

Taste good. Used it to replace white rice.

I use the fine ground cracked wheat as bedding for Meal Worms. The extra fine grind is perfect for screening the worms from the bedding. This is the only thing I will used from now on.

This is quite finely ground, and is not coarse, when compared to the Duru brand, the gold standard in my book, which is available here on Amazon. Also, apparently Fada, as this is marked, is not really the same as bulgur (which I didn't know), being uncooked in its preparation, whereas my understanding is that bulgur is boiled during preparation before being cracked into smaller pieces. And lastly, this brand does not include cooking instructions as does Duru. I can never remember the ratio of water to bulgur when cooking, so it is a pain to have to go look it up each time using this.
