Q: Is this ok for elderly thinking of getting it for my grandmother who is 80yo?

I’m 70 and had a go. I will use it again but it’s not a thing I rush to do. For my age it’s fine. It depends on whether you are the kind of person who will enjoy this. I don’t think it is an age issue. You will either like it or not. My husband yet to test it as we were hoping it would help with his back issues. I will post a review when he does. It’s very well made

There was a page of pictures in mine of its uses. I use mine almost on a daily basis. I just lie on it. I find I can go to sleep on it. Bare skin is best. Initially it feels uncomfortable but then very relaxing. Just use Google and you will find out more. Lots of people stand on the mat.
