Great ice-cream, almost perfect
There's no way to know if someone has tampered with this ice-cream because it is not sealed. Make this a 5-star product by sealing the actual ice-cream. Anyone can turn the lid open, close it back as if nothing happened. The seal is more important than ever in this COVID-19 era. Plus, you risk being sued if a mad person tampers with your ice-cream and causes a fatality. The flavor could use a minor enhancement.

this is my absolute favorite gelato flavor.
The oak-aged vanilla has a special level of vanilla -- seems like bourbon from the barrels. I can't find it locally and have had to order it from Whole Foods at a more expensive price than other Talenti flavors. But give me a quality vanilla--and this certainly is the best I've tasted--and I will go to whatever lengths I have to for my guilty pleasure. Better than you-know-what, IMO!

Best store bought ice cream ever.
This is the best tasting store-bought ice cream I have ever had. I think most Talenti products are good, but this one is a cut above. It’s a little more expensive than the regular vanilla, but so worth it. I’m not sure what SHEERNESS means by the way. I have a PhD and linguistics and I looked up the definition online and I still don’t know. What are you guys talking about? But it’s great ice cream so whatever it is it gets five stars

Delicious Vanilla Flavor
This gelato has a strong and delicious vanilla flavor. If you love vanilla, you will love this. It is a bit more expensive than other Talenti gelatos, but worth it, plus it is organic.

Somewhat unexpectedly delicious :o)
I wasn't at all sure what a wood aged vanilla would taste like, but since it was Talenti I thought it worth the risk. It is really outstanding, the oak giving it a completely unexpected depth and fullness of flavor. Definitely glad I tried it!

It's just ok
It's just an OK gelato ice cream for its price range. The flavor is not bad but I didn't taste much oak-aged. Will try something else next time.

Disappointed
Love Talenti but didn't get the extra price for this flavor. Was expecting a more robust vanilla flavor but tasted like a regular vanilla to me.
