Lasted 3 months
This thing stopped working after 3 months of light use. The power light on the side turns on. The temperature selector on the front does not turn on, it does not warm up. There is no option to return or request support.

I own a medical aesthetics practice, and we warm our gel before certain procedures. I have only owned the device for a month or so, but no problems so far. It heats the gel quickly, which is great because I do not always have it plugged in.

Great device. A bummer is that I got the one without an ability to control temp. Not that it worries me much, it works very well. It is a good idea guys to update pics or send a strong message to Amazon to not mess up the shipments.
