broom head is too wide
The broom & handle quality are 5 stars. My problme is my fault. i should've ordered a narrower broom head. At 24" it's too wide. i know from experience it's going to cause problems later on. Either a narrower broom head or angled metal supports screwed into the handle screwed on top of broom head would lend the added support needed. however, again, my fault. i shouldve ordered the narrower broom head...i think it was either 18 or 20".

Great for wood floors
Awesome broom for wood floors. Glides smoothly and picks up everything well, even pet hair.

Where's the Handle?
I ordered two of these and one came with a handle and the other didn't. To place a return you have to call the distributor as you can't process it through amazon, which is super frustrating. How much hassle are you willing to go through to get the product you ordered. Broom would be great, but the customer service is busted.

Great on concrete floors
Soft bristles work great on concrete. I love this broom. Came with handle.Worth the money.

Using my push broom
When I use the broom, it sheds a lot of it's brissels. I have more horse hair left behind than the dirt I was trying to clean up to begin with.

Best Broom Ever
I LOVE this broom. We moved into a home with dark bamboo hardwood. We have three children, two dogs, and a cat. We needed a broom that picked up all the fine hairs and dust without risking any scratches. This broom fit the bill to a T. Its wide base allows me to sweep the entire main area of the home in minutes, and it gets ALL the dust and hairs. I couldn't be happier, this broom is worth every penny.

Superior quality broom
Horse hair brushes are the best- they sweep even fine dust particles. My old broom was put in the trash. It had plastic bristles that did a poor job. I expected someone would take it before the garbage truck came. No one did.I have a table saw in the garage and after making mountains of saw dust your horse hair broom works like nothing else.

This broom is terrific, especially as a finisher
I am very happy with this broom. After I have swept up the "big hunks", I come back with this broom and it removes all the fine dust and particles with its thick, soft, horsehair bristle. I am sure I could use it to remove all the debris, but I like saving it for the the finish sweep. Love it! Terrific quality broom.
