It works well, and so far no leaks.
So far so good. Key note: Make sure you push your feeder hose hard into the unit. It will leak if you don't. I like the single hose method, and the filters are holding well. Love some of the new things compared to my older dispenser, including how it looks (it blends in well with my fridge). Barely can hear it when it started up, and all three dispensers work. Tried the cold (my go-to), and the water is cold and refreshing!

Poor Customer Service
I purchased this dispenser 2 years ago & it worked fine until recently. First the hot water stopped, then the cold water and eventually the entire unit stopped. Tried contacting Customer Service numerous times and the only way to get a response is email. They tried emailing instructions to troubleshoot several times but after I’ve taken the entire unit apart, they claim that there’s nothing to troubleshoot and must buy a new one. Seriously?! After reading other reviews, I see it’s this company’s poor business practice to make units that stop working within 2 years and force customers to buy new ones. I wouldn’t take this dispenser even if it was free. DO NOT BUY!

I’ve had mine since 2021 No issues I did change those expensive filters out for a 5 stage osmosis one and haven’t had any issues

Leaks
This is our second machine. They are convenient. Both hot and cold water functions work as they should. However these machine have a tendency to breakdown after 18 months or so. They do not make to 2 years old. 1st machine would not stop beeping or dispense water after 18 months of use. 2nd Machine leaks from multiple connections. fix one connection and then another location leaks. Strange how this happened when the machine sits in place.

They cared!
Avalon replaced mine when it stopped working, for FREE. Trouble shooting team was helpful to diagnose the problem. Customer service got to it right away when they learned about my cooler stopped working and sent me a brand new one.

No more buying bottled water no after taste and very good don’t need to use the kettle hot water is great for making a cup of tea
