Product worked like a champ. Was able to fit 3 full racks of baby back ribs and could have probably fit 2 more. Would recommend spraying with cooking spraying or rubbing with EVOO or something similar to prevent sticking. Highly recommend for saving space on the grill.

Worked great. This one is long enough to support the big St Louis rib racks you can get at Costco. I loaded it with three racks and also managed to squeeze in a two or three-pound hunk of brisket flat. For this cook, I tried the “Texas crutch” step where you wrap each rack in parchment and foil (though I guess you’re supposed to use butcher paper). The ribs wouldn’t fit once they were all wrapped up, so I removed the cooking rack and just stacked them up for that stage. Then I put them back in the rack for the final unwrapped stage of the cook. They turned out great. Applying mop to the ribs while they were vertical wasn’t a problem—just daubed it on the top and let it run down the sides.

Just like described. You have to cut ribs to fit if they are sticking out the rack. Easy to clean

It is exactly what I was looking for to put two full packages of ribs on a extra large big green egg. It works exactly as advertised. The smoke goes up and around everything, I simply turn halfway through. If you are used to using butcher paper to seal in the moisture I recommend a combination of aluminum foil and butcher paper and encasing the entire rib and rack combination. With this rack I can put two full packages on at the same time (four racks) even though one of those ribs is split and I'm using what should be the handles as two additional half racks. As most of what I buy in the stores around here is two rib racks in one package. Initially I thought I would get two and there's just not enough room to have an even cooking surface with the heat diverter for anything more than one of these holders. One other thing to mention is this does NOT fit in a standard twin basin kitchen sink making it a little bit more difficult to soak and clean.

The 18" one is the way to go. It would out fantastic

Not a fan of this product. If you use rubs on your baby back ribs, all the rub comes off when you place the rubs into the rack. And it’s better to smoke ribs laying flat, not standing up. If you want to smoke ribs without rub and vertically, then I’m sure it works just fine.
