Easy Install - Well designed and built
I'm using this to mount a 27" Philips monitor to my office wall. It's so good, I've ordered another so that my primary monitor is coming off the desk too.Like all wall fixings, you do need to make sure you have something to bolt the bracket to - brick, concrete, timber studding. There are only two holes to drill. I drilled the first one, then mounted the bracket and bolted it to the wall, leaving the bolt a couple of turns from being tight. Then I marked the second hole , swivelled the bracket out of the way and drilled the second hole, first with a 4mm pilot drill, then with a 10mm drill as per instructions. Then fitted the second plug, and bolted the bracket down tight. No drama's and a solid mount. What's neat about installing this wall mount, is that the top two VESA holes are open slots, so you pop two screws into the monitor and hang the monitor off the bracket, whilst you locate and fix the last two screws. This is so much easier than other mounts I've used where you have to hold the monitor in place and try and locate the screw holes in both VESA mount and monitor at the same time.Great piece of kit.

Well designed with quality engineering
From opening the box it is obvious that this is a quality piece of engineering which has been carefully thought through. Sustainable and recyclable packaging and I love the way all the fixings are packaged and labelled separately - it oozes good design. The instructions were easy to follow and installation was very straightforward. This was being used to hold a 24 inch TV which was easy to hang by fixing the top 2 screws into the back of the TV which then drop into the bracket rather than relying of fiddly balancing whilst trying to match up the holes to the bracket.

Good product. Sturdy, good range of motion.
The product did what was described. The hydraulic arm was a bit of a pain during install, as I wanted to try the arm in various positions before fixing, and without a TV attached to the arm, getting it to open up required quite a bit of effort. Once installed, the hydraulic arm worked well. The product looks very well put together and some good thought has gone into the way the various nuts and bolts are separated in the packaging. This was a nice touch. My only gripe was that the bolts supplied were not quite long enough for the Samsung TV I bought. I needed M4 25-28mm bolts for that. Luckily I found some elsewhere. Is that Samsung's fault for going with different fixings?Either way - deducted a star from the score because of that.

Surprisingly good
I can't really fault these at the price. OK, the movement is not buttery smooth, but good enough for my purposes. There is ample movement in all directions including tilting and rotation, so you can use monitors in portrait mode if so desired.Because of the way the arms are hinged, they push quite flush against the wall - nice to give your desk a tidy look if monitors aren't being used.Very sturdy and easy to fit to a Benq BL monitor and an LG IPS 234. You only get 4 short bolts for the Vesa mount, but these were fine for my monitors. Depending on your monitors, you might need different bolts, spacers etc. These arms can be fitted to plasterboard walls (you really don't need to use the huge bolts that are supplied). I used Fischer Duotec fittings which are rated at 10s of KGs each, and they seem rock solid. Any kind of good quality heavy duty plasterboard fittings should be fine.Wish I'd bought these arms ages ago as they really declutter the desk and give lots of flexibility depending on how you want to work or play games.

Good solid bracket, looks smart and performs better
From the minute i took this out of the box i found it to be of solid construction, and looked like a quality item.Instructions were sufficient and to the point, mounting was made easier by the small spirit level built in, although could have been better if the holes had had a little play to allow for adjustment when screwed to the wall, so make sure you drill carefully and accurately.Cable management was good, albeit a little odd with 3 securing points, 2 of which can be unclipped and placed around the cable, but the third at the wall plate needs the cables threading through. In use, whilst i only used it for a 22" monitor so had to adjust the tension as described in the instructions, it's movement was good with good range and easy to manipulate without being too free to move.It looks good and tidy in use and i'm more than happy with it.Seller information and communication was good, and delivery time was excellent

Great British Product
A bit pricey but you get what you pay for a beautifully engineered and well designed product with the bonus of being made in the UK.Well packaged and with fittings for solid walls. I mounted on a stud in a plasterboard wall but using the full arm extension could still position my monitor central to the desk. I was a bit worried about the weight of my monitor (6.2kgs) but it was absolutely fine (rated to 7kgs max to be fair). The ability to raise up and down and tilt means it gives a great viewing experience. Well pleased with this purchase and would buy again!

Good mount, worst reliable manufacturer ive ever bought from.
Ive bought 4 of these mounts, and out of those 4 ive had to send 3 back due to faulty dimensions or stiffness issues. One of them the VESA mount was to big and couldn't fit onto the back of my monitor. And yet the 1 that i got that actually worked is very good and well made its just sad how many i had to go through to actually get a decent one.

Good wall mounted monitor arm for a great price
Looked at a lot of wall mounted options for a large monitor (Aurus AD27QD) before choosing this one. Very simple installation (2 screws and a built in spirit level) and very sturdy screws. Cable guides are decent and build quality of the arm is high with minimal plastic. Once installed it was easy to move around and had torsion adjustment on the main arm and the pitch.Overall very happy with the arm and for the money beats out many others which are 3x the price.
