If you take zinc often enough, you can become deficient in copper. This Zinc is great because it comes with 2 mg of copper! I have purchased it twice and will purchase it again when needed.

Best supplement to boost your immune system during the winter. I feel the effects of within two days. I like the look of the pills that contain beads. The added B6 for relaxation is appreciated. I recommend taking pill after a meal, preferably in the morning after breakfast, otherwise it will cause nausea on an empty stomach. Will buy again and recommend to others.

These supplements work good.. it gives me a boost also in my food intake and I don't really eat much, but I eat much at the same time (just on and off on eating) but when I eat it and on the off days when I don't feel like eating??? It works good and it does it's job

I like the supplements, I’ve been taking them. I like what it says that they do I can’t really tell if I’m benefiting from it or not because it’s just the immunity booster. However, they are really good so the fact that they have copper into is a plus. I like that they are beads. A lot of capsules hit the stomach and then the stomach acid instantly deplete half of the supplement up by the time it actually gets to where he needs to go there’s hardly anything left so I like that these are micro beads

I had been having issues with acne since getting off a medication that unbalanced my hormonal system, making my system go whack! I started this with a new cleanser and it’s been clearing up my acne. I haven’t had any real new breakouts. I’d definitely recommend!

Such an amazing product! I had the worst allergies last year and upon months of research realized I likely had a copper deficiency so purchased and within weeks my allergies finally subsided. I highly recommend this winning combination and that you take in the morning with breakfast and then your calcium/magnesium type supplements in the evening as they can't all absorb together so one would be wasted. Good stuff. Need to reorder.

Great quality food supplement

So happy I found this product! No magnesium stearate. First time for me finding Zinc without all the "crap", but instead great additions of Vit B6 & Bioperine. I know I will order this again.
