CanDo 30-2103 White PE Foam Roller, Round, 4" Diameter, 12" Length

I've never understood traditional rollers. They're so big you kill yourself just with the effort to keep you at the same/similar level of it, plus the excruciating/amazing pain of rolling out muscles and IT bands. I'm exhausted just from propping myself up.This size does it all. Rolls out your aches exactly as the big one does, but you can lay on the floor/mat quite comfortably and even rest as you sit on a good spot a while.Plus it's much easier to travel with if that's your life.

Low height and narrow width means it fits well in a suitcase. Doesn't work as well as my larger roller, but it got me through 2 weeks away from my chiropractor

I used this after my shoulder replacement surgery in my sling that I used to take a shower. It kept my arm in the correct position. Highly recommend.

My shoulder was hurting so used it for stretch exercises. its helping my shoulder.

Very sturdy and was easy to put to good use. Wish I had been able to compare sizes as the size I ordered was too small. Need at least 6" for full effect.

Took out of packing and immediately noticed uneven, slanted knofe cut on one end. Not factory made 12", its cut to size almost 12". PE os way too soft for my need, as the 12" just bends under pressure. Guess cheap is cheap. I will be returning and continue my search for 4" roller

This is the perfect replacement for my previous back roller obtained from a chiropractor. And 12" seems to be the perfect travel size.

Bought this for my wife as she was having a bad spasm down her left lower back to her left leg, I has told her to try the lumbar in her car and sure enough it worked so I purchased this for her to use at home. It worked great for her the spasms stopped and after a week or so she didn't need to use it as much. Its light weight and easy to place behind you.
