I like this mop more than anyone.

5 stars except for some loose in the joint and quick-connect system making a clicking noise every time you change direction. But for the rest, it is very good.

Great product amazing quality and the most important thing price

It works but had to glue tabs shut as Velcro strips would fly out if you hit something. Very annoying to have to pick up and put together on something brand new.

I have bought at least at least 15 different Versions of these hygen heads- 11 inch, 17/18 inch and 48 in. And I have the same problem out of them all, but this one today just came out the package and I should not have to fix it in order to use it, especially with the price that we are paying for them. Structurally wise, they are not as sound as they used to be. And where can you find the replacement tabs (yellow ) for them when they come off and they no longer stay secure on the mop frame; can someone tell me cause I can’t seem to find them. You guys need to come back to your stand that you had and help your commercial customers. I’m a small business owner and I don’t mind paying for a good product but it frustrates me when I’m trying to do a job and I have to stop and waste my time to fix the tool that I’m counting on to get me out of the job, I’m just being honest today Thank you, Rubbermaid family
