I initially asked for a Tan colour and was contacted by the seller stating this was out of stock. They were polite and professional and offered the item in Grey or a full refund.I went for the other colour and am really happy with the product and how quickly they sent it considering the small bump in the process. The hat itself is okay. The problem is that it arrived all creased and squashed. It required a lot of steaming to set it somewhat straight again.
