It's nice, smaller than I thought it would be. It doesn't allow you to choose a color. It cycles thru all the colors itself.

As other reviewers have mentioned, these are not large. But they are just right for night lights or to put in the kitchen for night time wandering without turning on the big light :) The patterns are beautiful, looking like the moon depending on which side you have turned towards you. It will be interesting to see how long it lasts as you can't change the battery. I turn it off during the day because it is very subtle and a waste in daylight. I will buy again.

It was well packaged. And it looks great in my room. With the wildfires burning in Canada and that effecting the air quality here. I decided to purchase a salt lamp. I keep it on day and night. It may be mental but it give me peace of mind and I do feel that the air is lighter in my room.

Sent this back. It is very poorly made. The ball didn't even sit flat against the wood base, glue is visible and sloppily applied. I was gifted another years back, and after daily enjoyment I wanted to replace as some colors quite working, BUT this was not at all the quality or look. I do not recommend.

Update: Adding 2 stars because I’ve grown to love this happy little orb on my desk.This is cute for my desk but be aware, you can’t select the color. It just moves from one color to the next.
