I was skeptical about blue light blocking glasses in general but after trying these, I love them! They are so much easier on my eyes and I never realized how much I was straining my eyes before. To truly see the difference, try using these and then take them off and look at your screen and see how much you end up straining your eyes - you will notice the difference.
