Good add to the Medicine cabinet!
Clean, good add to any medicine cabinet.Creates a good paste very handy for minor medical procedures. Also, good for house pets; like, nails trimming, bad tooth, clipped tail, fight ears, abscess, etc.

Mix some of the powder with hand lotion a dad of rubbing alcohol add to the pain area and you're good to go

i'd hoped this could be made into a paste, but sadly no luck in that yet.did not/does not dissolve in alcohol (everclear), acid (distilled vinegar), or water (plain or with sodium bicarbonate added). i even went as far as to try to increase the effectiveness of a tube of 'orajel' by adding a tiny bit to it thinking maybe there's some of whatever they used to dissolve their benzocaine left over. [no]it was worth a shot to try and find a remedy for my neuropathy, but i guess i have to keep looking. and if you're thinking about using some of this to help yours... keep looking.if i do find a way to use this product, i'll update my review here.no issues with the packaging or arrival time. i cannot at this time confirm the purity or validity of this product.[Update]DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) a solvent available here on amazon (B01BSYQ0XC) many people use for various therapeutic reasons easily dissolves this benzocaine powder. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH on both products before applying the solution made to skin.

Useless product. doesn't dissolve completely in water or in alcohol.
i tried it with water and alcohol but doesnt dissolve in either completely . doesnt numb the skin at all.
