Updated---Humm, this doesn't look good. DOA.
Below is the review. The update is I'm adding a star for service (1 for product, which was DOA and another in case people don't read the whole review. (for service, I give them 4) As soon as I informed them I had issues, they were very responsive. In just 2 days, Amazon posted that my refund was in the works. It is a shame because I really wanted this to work. But as I said, you can't expect better service on a return. I just wish it wasn't a brick.The first thing was it was 3MP, not 5 as stated.But that's ok, I took the chance since it did show a 3MP lens assembly. I asked them about 5 or 3, but got no response. So I ordered it anyway hoping.I would have been fine with it if it was 3MP. Like I said DOA. (I've got an EE lab in my house, so I know DOA when I get it) The POE router power rating was also zero load for this port. Even tried a different camera to check the port/RJ45.(So that clinched it.) returning (I hope).
