Cute and stylish bag
Cute little bag for adolescents. Big enough to hold various items such as phone, A5 booklet, and more. Not large enough for A4 paper though, so not suitable for school bag. The straps do cross over across the zipper, but not a problem - just pull the straps through their rings to loosen before opening bag, easy access when you do, so haven't found this an issue at all. Would recommend.

Literally unfit for purpose
I just don’t get it. The straps are criss-crossed over the top meaning that you can’t actually get into the bag! You can’t even undo the straps to rearrange them. The only way you can access the full width of the bag is by lengthening the straps every time you want to use it. Just a bizarre design that leaves the bag useless! Returning ASAP.
