Healthy? You decide!
Took this for obvious reasons and it worked. However, it killed my appetite and looking back, I'm not sure I should have invested in this(my personal opinion).However the good old fashioned exercise did it for me eventually and I scrapped this. But it did work, but consider your current medication and introspect if you want the lazy way out. The natural way is way better. Get on a fruit diet for two weeks every alternate day and you'll see great results as I did coupled with cardio. The choice is yours. Keep away from processed sugar& replace it with honey, you'll get results.
