customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced
Can't really rate the actual product yet. Haven't had it long enough to know if it works or not. It does lather, but leaves a heavy film after rinsing. Sometimes I just let it dry natural and it leaves my hair shiny and soft, but if I want to style I have to wash it out with another shampoo. That being said, customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced. What other retailer emails you before you get the product with full instructions on how to use it.

I have used this product for a little over a month and plan to continue use. This shampoo is great because I can wash my hair every day and not have to deal with the adverse effects, such as drying or dandruff, that results from other shampoos. In my experience the shampoo lathers well on very wet hair and it helps to thicken my hair as well as make it softer. It may seem pricy but for the naturally sourced ingredients, it is worth the cost. The medicinal herb, eclipta alba, which as mentioned in the product description and by several academic journals, helps to combat male alopecia (Begum, et al., 2014; Roy, et al., 2008; Datta, et al., 2009). Furthermore, Roy et al., (2008) found that E. prostrata decreased the amount of time it took for hair to begin regrowing and the treatment was better than the positive control, 2% minoxidil. Begum et al., (2014) and Datta et al, (2009) found positive evidence that eclipta alba helps to stimulate and promote hair growth.Additionally, the shampoo has the added benefits of the essential ingredient, coconut oil. Coconut oil has anti-dandruff and anti-inflammatory properties, it also aids in the absorption of the eclipta alba extract. Both the combination of eclipta alba and coconut oil work very well on my hair and I highly recommend it, even if you are not suffering from alopecia, it still helps to nourish your hair.ReferenceBegum, S., Lee, M., Gu, L., Hossain, J., & CK, S. My doctor advised me to get off Minoxidil as it might be messing my heart. Found this and got the same results although a bit longer of about 2 months where I'm seeing new hair growth and minimized falling hair. It also cures my dandruff and new hair is definitely thicker in growth and strands. The cure for dandruff must be from its coconut oil which I understand has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties and a good moisturizer.
