So fun
Why did you pick this product vs others?:First time doing a rolife kit and it came out so beautiful. Comes with all the tools needed. Instructions were clear, and pieces were easy to remove. I did have to sand down a lot of the pieces to fit correctly without fear of breaking the small pieces. And I do think the stickers are a bit weak for sticking all the furniture to the store so I used tacky glue for longevity. Other than that, it was a challenging but rewarding experience. Would buy another kit.

The perfect craft to pass time! Super cute design!
Really cute design and I loved putting it on my bookshelf!! Me and my friend worked on it for about a month to finish building it. For the most part, it has been super fun, but sometimes the instructions were lacking, so it took us a bit of time to figure everything out. The final build looks awesome and it is super high quality! Highly recommend for all my fellow book nerds.

Fun project! Worth the work!
This was my first miniature build and it was fun! It was very overwhelming at first and took a while to get the hang of it, but don’t let it scare you away! I even attempted the lighting and unfortunately missed a step so I couldn’t get it to work, but I was proud of myself for actually getting the wires attached and working in the first step! Looking forward to building another just to get it lit.I think the directions were pretty well done, but could have been even better- more explanation or pictures- but they are pretty good for all of the fine detail. Looking at the assembly progression photos really helped me put it all together. I needed to use my fine point craft scissors for this one, and my needle nose pliers and definitely my hot glue gun for some of the parts, so be prepared for that. This thing is so cute and fits perfectly on any shelf or mantel! I’m excited to display mine and show everyone all the tiny little things I built!I’d say the hardest part was getting the wires to bend in the correct ways- my table, chairs, and barstools all came out super wonky because of the wire not bending just right. I guess that’s the difference between a beginner and a professional! But I’m definitely a beginner and thought this whole thing was very doable. Just takes a lot of time and patience. It probably took my 15 ish hours maybe?? That’s a total guess. Anyway, such a fun project!! Worth the work!

Not for the faint of heart
This is my third miniature from Rolife and although I completed it, I definitely felt like I bit off more than I could chew. The finished product is GORGEOUS and I am SO happy that I stuck with it. I had to make some adjustments so my photos are a bit different than what the finished product should look like. The main difference is it's missing the three-level shelf that is supposed to be in the back corner. This piece was impossible to build. The metal wire that is used as the foundation is so soft that when I finally gave up, I was able to wad it up into a ball just as easily as I would a piece of paper (photo included as proof). I have a really hard time believing that the designer of this kit built the same shelf with the same materials supplied. The heat shrink provided barely shrinks which adds to the difficulty of the shelf build. Another issue I had with this kit is the instructions border on laughable. If you're okay with shoddy, unclear photos accompanying vague instructions, you'll be just fine. Otherwise, a lot of the builds are trial and error (looking at you, roses!). There are 35 flowers/plants to assemble and the material used for a fair amount of them is what can only be described as crepe paper-ish. With all this being said, if you have approximately 40 hours of time that you would like to spend on a rewarding project, this is a good choice. It really is beautiful and you'll finish it feeling like any future miniatures will be a piece of cake 😊I want to also add that I was missing the glue and paint the kit says is provided. I contacted the seller and it was explained that this is due to customs regulations and some items need to be provided by the buyer. Totally understandable and the seller was very prompt in responding!

I still love them!
I am a huge fan of these guys and I'm noticing that every set will have it's pros and cons.Though this set is worth the purchase, some obstacles I came across with this set were: the glue, instructions and some of the structure. The instructions were a bit confusing for me as some of the visuals would show different products or show products that look the same. I notice that when you put A and B together, the instructions showing how to put C and D together to connect to A & B, the picture of A and B is gone. Hope that makes sense!I advise to use a hot glue gun or your own glue as the glue included in the set made me feel sick once some fell on my skin. (They do have a warning about it being on the skin but how can you really avoid that? :) )The structure was another problem. You REALLY need a cutter or something sharp to remove the wooden pieces or else it can crack and/or break in half. Even chip! Don't push too hard, these pieces are somewhat fragile.Aside from all of this, it was a successful build and I will keep buying from them because I love them and there sets are awesome sauce!

Not there yet.
The directions for this thing is a puzzle in and if itself. Cute idea however if a person is not an experienced diaroma type I would not make this the first miniature project as it could be disheartening. Purchased December 2025 now July 2026 still not complete, keep losing steam to keep at it.
