Triple Leaf, Tea Bags, Blood Pressure, 1.06 oz, 20 ct

The tea is flavored mild and tasty. Haven't noticed it helping blood pressure, but I'm still going to drink it.

I've had a problem with blood pressure for many years and was taking a very high dose medicine for it. I thought I'd give this tea a try. I've only been using it around 35 days, one cup per day, and it seems to work.I have decreased my other BP meds to less than a third of what I used to take. I take my BP quite often and it's 115/ 70 or in that range everyday, it was in the 150/ 90 range before. Of course I'm eating healthy foods, move around a lot and I'm not over weight. It's a cheap solution.

Good tea, it is working.

Can't seem to control my hyper-tension numbers with high dose pharma RX, but add this tea each day, and numbers are much, much better. Of course, exercise and healthy eating choices make a big difference too, but when I forget my tea, my numbers jump above the ceiling. Word of advise: don't forget the tea!
