DeSantis Slim Tuk IWB Holster - Holster for Sig P365, Conceal Carry, Kydex IWB, Compatible with the SIG SAUER P365, P365 SAS, and P365 W/ RED DOT - Black, Ambidextrous

These are excellent kydex holsters with the clip attachment off to the side of the slide to minimize printing profile. I have one for an LCP Max and one for G43/43X. It’s normally my go-to holster for any weapon I would carry concealed. Only downside to these is you will sweat on your gun. I should have guessed since DeSantis doesn’t list the P365-380 specifically, that the fit would be loose around the slide. The retention works at the trigger guard because the grip frames are identical between the 9mm and .380 P365, but because the slide on the .380 is about .1 inch less tall from the frame, the .380 pistol rocks slightly in the holster and it’s audible. The fit is passable but not ideal, and because I feel it’s unwise to have a holster be “close” to fitting perfectly, I have to return this one. Not the product manufacturer’s fault. No matter what you read, trust me, the P365 in .380 is not the same size slide as the 9mm. Some custom manufacturers list the .380 variant specifically like Gunner’s, Blacksmith Tactical, Tulster, etc. Hope this helps someone avoid a return.

Was pleasantly surprised by this super thin and minimal holster. The kydex is very durable and perfectly fit to the p365. Because of the single clip you can wear it IWB at any “clock” degree. Most comfortable for me for ease of drawing is between 3 and 4 on the strong side. The holster is ambidextrous but does not come with tools so you’ll just need a Phillips head screwdriver to adjust retention or swap sides. Mine came lefty already so I had to swap to right, it was a fairly easy process, and it does come with instructions on how to do so. My buddy absolutely swears by this as his off-duty holster, and I see why. Personally, I like comfort and fit of the more expensive tier holsters with double clips and mag carriers, but if you’re looking to pay 1/4 that amount and still carry safely, or want the slimmest option possible, this is the holster for you!

This is the second DeSantis holster I've bought. I have used the DeSantis Slimtuck holster for a Glock 48 EDC for 9 months. No problems and it is my favorite of 4 holsters I bought. The clip is offset and this holds the pistol grip in without any of the bothersome add on s some holsters have. You need to know that for the Sig 365 XL you will need to grind off or cut off the rim at the bottom of the holster. I used a Dremmel tool like was mentioned on the Q & A . If you don't have one you could hold the holster and rub it on your back porch etc. Second, my Sig 365 XL has pretty rough stippling. This is super for gripping but it is rough if carried where the grip will rub your skin. So I will use this holster 3 seasons, when I wear a t-shirt and a regular shirt, not in the summer when I would only wear a shirt. This is because of the pistol, not the holster. This is a super holster at a great price!

Slim and good holster for p365. Price is right.

This is my second slim-tuk and I'm even more pleased with this version. My P938 worked well in my first slim-tuk, it rides low but still is comfortable. However, my P365 rides slightly higher and the way the gun grip and holster are designed, it allows a much better hold onto it in a hurry. I really like that I can get a full 3 fingers on my pistol at once and can easily complete my full grip as I complete my draw. The belt clip provides a very good anchor and helps produce a confident draw. It was a little difficult to put on and take off at first. After a few weeks, either it loosened up a bit or I got more proficient in clipping and unclipping it from my belt. There is a hook on the end that securely grabs my belt that makes it really lock in place. You can adjust the holster cant easily. The construction quality is very good and I can wear it all day long, even while driving.

I was a little concerned purchasing this because there was an Amazon note that this is a high returned item. However, after receiving it, I am giving this holster 5 stars. I was looking for something with a very small size and the DeSantis fits the bill. I have been through several IWB holsters now, most of them slightly larger and even more than twice the price but the DeSantis still was my favorite. Three things I would like to point out: 1) One thing I really like is there is a definite "click" when you put the pistol in the holster. There is a screw that allows you to configure the tension. 2) I am going to make a blanket statement that IWB holsters are just not comfortable. This holster is no different. However, with its smaller size, I found wearing this one to be more favorable over others I tried. 3) You can't go wrong with the price on this.
