One of our classic formulas, Touch Base For Eyes is a versatile, creamy Clinique eyelid color that adds a wash of pigment and glimmer. Works as an eye shadow primer base, too. Wear this eye shadow cream alone to add a little color and glimmer to eyelids or layer it under other eye shadows as a base. Creamy formula resists creasing, fading, and smudging. Was not sure what to expect. But I’m pleasantly impressed. I like how smooth it feels and truly make eyes look refresh. Love it!!!
