I needed a decent female AUX for a project. Glad to say that these did not dissapoint. Here's the gist of all my observations: The Good: Looks good. The subtle blue in the braided cable along with the dark metal finish looks really cool. They are super durable as I found out while cutting into the cable The Metal heads (both on the male and female side) can be unscrewed if you want to replace them with better ones as shown in my pictures The Bad: My only complaint is that product picture 5 showing the cross section of the cable is incorrect. There aren't 3 different rubber insulated wires as portrayed by the picture, the foil shield and braid shield together form the 3rd wire (shown in my uploaded pictures). This is a good way to cut down manufacturing price and cable thickness, however, it also means that if you're going to use these cables in a studio environment, they will be susceptible to noise from electromagnetic radiation. However I'm not going to knock off a star for this just because they're perfect for my needs and they are relatively cheap for what they are. Just be aware that these aren't going to be the best cables out there for Audiophiles.

I ordered these for a simple 1 ft jumper from my iPhone lightening adapter to give extra length to my In-Ear Monitors. I listen to music when I run/walk and when I ride my motorcycle. I needed about one extra foot of cable to get from my pocket with my iPhone. I run the IEM cables down my back and the jumper gets them to my iPhone. Perfect length. Good quality cable, almost too good lol.

I run with a hydration vest and corded headphones. Some of my races are up to a 100 miles. Bluetooth headphones won’t last long enough. So I buy the Polk audio sport headphones then run this short piece into the front pocket of my vest.

Wow! Far sturdier than I thought it would be at this price! A true bargain. Overbuilt, heavy, and looks like it can withstand the inevitable yanks, drops and of course normal use that any headphone cable will encounter.

The plugins are straight, its what i needed

One of the two female was loose and did not create a secure connection. As a result the sound quality was poor. The second extension cable was perfect.

Wanted to use with a POS card reader but it would not read the data when connected. Unable to read credit cards when inline.
